Eddie Sotomayor

I am very excited to be part of Trip and Sip Travel and be part of an outstanding team of professionals providing exceptional travel customer service with passion and grace!

Originally from Long Island, I attended Adelphi University where I was a member of the men’s soccer team and graduated with a BBA. In 1992 I married my wife Donna. We relocated to Raleigh, NC in 1996 where I began my teaching and soccer coaching career. We were blessed to give birth to our miracle baby, Isabelle, in 2009. After a very long battle with cancer, my wife passed away in 2020. Currently, I am a veteran public school teacher and a dedicated solo-parent in supporting Isabelle in her high school studies and her participation in violin and competitive club soccer.

I am enthusiastic in helping create memories via travel with small groups to attend Carolina Hurricanes away games, cruises and excursions for widows and widosers, and creating detailed itineraries for groups where adventures await them!
